45 MLN € for Costa Smeralda Real Estate development
The investment regards new hotels and Porto Rotondo Marina development.
On the Costa Smeralda, in Sardinia, a plan to upgrade the tourist offer is underway. The project was put on paper by Invitalia and the Marina di Porto Rotondo company with the signing of a 45.2 million euro development contract, of which 21.8 mln granted by the Governmental Development Agency and 5 mln by the Sardinia Region.
